These are the very rare MISPRINTS of the original Gnosis 7" vinyl run. They look almost black to the naked eye, but when displayed against a light source, are transparent and dark-blue with a marble structure.

OUR HEAVIEST SONG SO FAR
GNOSIS is not just the first song with our new, British members. It is also a musical milestone for us in many different ways, featuring lots of experimental stuff we have ever done before...
- Growling by Jane (in Latin)
- Super-High Notes by Aor (E4-G4)
- Exreme Drumming by Manuele (220bpm)
- Blastbeats
- Deathcore-Style Breakdowns
- Downtuned Guitars
But of course it is still IMPERIAL AGE!
With all the things that you love:
- Epic Orchestrations
- Huge Choral Arrangements
- Powerful, Solemn Melodies
Having re-established ourselves in the UK with a new line-up, we used Atlantean Alchemy to transmutate old and modern metal elements - and created a new sound with our single GNOSIS.
A super heavy track played at extreme speeds on downtuned guitars, with epic orchestrations, choirs, 3 types of lead vocals (Jane sings clean and goes harsh for the first time while Aor pushes his upper range to the limit), blastbeats and even deathcore-style breakdowns, this is by far the heaviest and most technically advanced song in our repertoire - and maybe even in all of symphonic and power metal so far (if we can still even be attributed to those genres).
In a landscape where so many new releases sound almost identical, we tried to create a breath of fresh air - but only for those who like it really heavy.
GNOSIS will be released on 27th September 2024 by our own record label Atlantean Records.
